These clip earrings are I think quite old, and possible American Indian. The clips do not open correctly, so need to be replaced/I think these have just been put on them, and I purchased them like this. (priced accordingly) They are 1 inch around and have a very nice design on the front...a bird in the center. They are not marked, but test Sterling.
