This is an antique Victorian sterling silver whistle. It is signed STERLING and B. It also has a 50 on it. The whistle may have been used as a pendant, key chain or watch fob. The whistle is bulbous and reminds me of the shape of a coke bottle. The whistle does work very well. The whistle is engraved with three initials that look like M L B. The whistle measures 2-1/8 inches long. It weighs 6.2 grams. There are two tiny dents on the whistle. It also has a very heavy age patina and may need cleaning or polishing.
