Tiny Baby Brother Chatty doll marked Mattel, 1962. He does still talk and laugh but not real sharp but understandable. He is dressed in an original sunsuit with the baby chatty bib attached. He is 15 inches tall and jointed with lovely blue sleep eyes and an open mouth showing teeth. He has some stains on his legs and one leg is a little lighter than the other.
