Blown Cobalt Blue Glass Decanter Bottle Flagdon. Mid-19th Century Period, 1830 - 1860, best guess. This is a Classic decanter bottle, flagon, with a silver plate collar and pour spout stopper with cork wrapped bottom. I am not certain if this collar and spout is original or if it once came off and put back on. The collar is not perfectly situated. It looks slightly slanted. However, It is an ornate pour spout top and is maker marked. The cobalt blue decanter flagdon is definitely time period blown glass. Ornate and harder to find. Maker unknown.
