This is a very nice .19" wide x 11.5" long, socket gouge chisel, with a standard sweep. It is marked "BUCK BROTHERS" on the steel. It is in very good, sharp, condition with minimal wear, no rust, and is sharpened out-channel or on the outside radius of the sweep, ready to use. The hardwood handle is not the original, but is in very good condition, with the leather cap on the end, fits very well into the socket of the chisel. One of the few thin width antique Buck chisels we have had to offer over the years! A quality made tool!
