This is a nice heavy duty rivet pliers marked "PAT 7-14-22" on one side and "CHICAGO RIVET & S - CO. 2" on the other side. This tool is about 12.7" long overall, no rust, a good snug pivot joint and the rivet contacts appear to be in nice shape also. A rarely seen antique patented, heavy duty tool!
