This is a nice clean antique cast iron Cobbler's double shoe last, with provision for larger and smaller shoe applications with a rounded toe form. This one is 11.38"x 3.2" x 3.0" in size, (the smaller end is 2.5 wide at the widest part) and weight is 5 pounds. It is in very good condition, no cracks, no rust, clean. We don't see many of this style these days, most are the table stand type. Rather rare!  We have no idea who the maker or patent holder was, but we have only seen one like it in the past 15 years! Don't miss out on this one!
