This is a nice hatchet head clearly marked COLLINS on the steel. It cutting edge is sharp, about 3.5 inches width, 1.88 pounds. No rust, no cracks or damage. You may wish to sharpen it further to your liking if you intend to use it, you will also have to install a hatchet handle.
