This is a copper necklace with a dangling tassel. The tassel has red and amber colored beads. The necklace is not signed and I do not know who made it. There are red rhinestones on the copper portion of the tassel. The necklace is adjustable and measures 26 inches at its longest. The tassel measures 4-1/4 inches long.
