This is a nice clean carefully used vintage multi-function tool for fencing and wire forming and cutting as well as the horn shape anvil section for fence post staple handling.  This one is marked "Crecscent Tool Co. 936-10 Jamestown N.Y. U.S.A." on the steel near the pivot pin.  These pliers are in very good working order, very little wear, no damage or rust, or pitting, not bent, very good pivot pin, very good wire cutter cutting edges too.  Top quality tool by a well known quality tool maker!
