This is a new old stock metal door latch set, generally used for double door bookcases and alike, to release the 2nd door from the inside of the cabinet. This is a simple to install design, and is strong enough to hold medium sized cabinet doors shut. It is spring loaded so it will latch and hold simply by closing the door to the cabinet where it is installed. Screws are provided.
