This is a rare 8" wide draw knife marked "DUNLAP 8  BV" on the steel. It is in very good condition, with very nice hardwood handles, very sharp, no rust. The handles did have a very thick clear varnish type finish, and we note only about 20% of that thick coating is left.  The wood on the handles is in nice shape, with good steel end cap and ferrules. It has a very good cutting edge. It is 15" wide overall. Very good quality tool, in a rarely seen curved blade style!  Dunlap was the trade name of Sears, Roebuck & Co..  Sort of like Craftsman brand was the trade name for Sears and Roebuck Co..
