This is good clean 1/4" tanged butt chisel w/beveled edges, that is marked, but I can't quite make out the maker's name, but I can see that it's marked Manchester. The maker's name starts with an A T..URRAY is all I can read. The handle has a brass ferrule, is very solid, but has a some chip off the end (shown). Measures 1/4" x 9 1/2" long. A good old one!
