Effanbee Dy Dee baby doll with rubber ears. She is a 15 inch tall, jointed drink and wet baby doll from the 1940s. She has a hard plastic head and rubber body. She has sleep eyes with lashes and nice coloring. Note that her body has deteriorated with some nicks and a big hole in one arm. She is sold just as found. Please ask any questions.
