Elf doll artist made. She is a cute girl with a paper mache type head with a painted face with great detail. She is dressed in a matching hat and dress in green velour with lace trim. She hides down inside of her cone body on a stick and can push right back up again. Have not seen any of these in years. It is so cute and such fun. She is in great, as found condition.
