Superb & very old dress clip, that actually has 3 purposes, it is a flower brooch, with a pin on the back,in the Victorian barrel pull pin type. Then there is a circle for a scarf to pull through, and this pulls out, and there are teeth for the clip to attach to a dress. The backs of the rhinestones are silver foil backed and are clear and bright. I purchased this lovely piece in England from a dealer I have purchased jewelry from for years, she told me it was French. It is 1 3/4 inches round, and is a lovely vintage multi purpose piece of jewelry.
