Sparkling antique crystal flower/star brooch, set in a tarnished silvery setting. The crystals are beautiful, and are not and have never been foiled. The silver is not marked anywhere that I can see, and I have not cleaned the tarnish off it. The brooch is 1 1/4 inches. I have worn it on a hat to 'stunning' effect
