Feltman Brothers was one of the oldest Brands for children's clothing. In 1916, Mr. Feltman started a small factory in Manila, Philippines. This wonderful dress was hand made and embroidered collar. Back button closure. Looks as if someone hemmed the dress, but is in excellent condition.
