The truck has a yellow plastic front grill, yellow plastic back bumper, and a yellow plastic extension ladder. The extension doubles the length of the ladder. The fire truck has a wire holder brace to keep the ladder down when not being used. The truck has an attached driver with a round blue wooden body and a wooden head with a white plastic fire helmet. The driver's head bounces and turns while the fire truck makes a roar roar sound as the toy is pulled. The truck rolls on 4 black wooden wheels that have yellow painted hub caps.
