It is a great plate in great condition with no crazing and no edge wear and it measures 10 inches across. There are five scenes highlited around the plate with United Sates Capital featured in the center. The five that are featured are: United State Supreme Court, Lincoln Memorial and Cherry Blossoms, Washington Mansion Mount Vernon VA, Washington Monument through the Cherry Blossums, and the White House. The busts of Martha Washington and George Washington are cameoed at the top
