Bottle Topper Doll wood original 1920s to 1940s best guess. This is a truly rare find bottle top doll. Unique bottle topper doll marked HKS on her purple apron. Her head and arms are made of wood and beautifully hand painted. She has a painted straw hat with red pom poms a dress top of black velour with embroidered flowers, blue felt shoulders with red glass beads sewn on and a black skirt with a red, rick rack hem and a purple apron with the gold tree HKS embroidered Emblem. She has a red and white checked under skirt. She is 9 inch tall and is so unique. There is a bottle stop up inside. Over all in excellent condition has a tiny dent in forehead above eye with a white dot showing. Her painted hat has some paint flaking and has come unglued slightly but remains held on with the had sash which is made to go in back showing off her lovely painted hair and side of head ear area. Her skirt has a tiny wear hole, but remains with threads so not a complete hole nothing looks tattered nor torn. Appears to have a purple dye run towards the bottom of the purple silk skirt. Black embroidered clothing in excellent condition. Her shirt sleeves are cotton with a tatted trim. She is very hard doll to find. Please ask any questions.
