If you like rarely seen tools, you'll like this one! It's an interesting design for scraping. The three wheels are cast iron and the handle is beech, the rest is spring steel. It measures 12 1/4" x 3" cutter. The manufacturer mark is D.R.P. and I have no idea what the name of the company was. A very interesting design!
