This is a nice quality made small sized spoke shave, 10" wide x 2" cutter width. The cutter nearly flat with about 1/32" convex sweep per side noted when a straight edge is held up to the cutter, in good condition. It is marked on one of the wood handles "JOHN WILSON SHEFFIELD" on the handle or this tool. Overall this tool is in good condition with little wear noted, a few stains on the wood noted, clean with no damage, cracks, there is some minor scuffs noted. A nice old edge tool!
