Vintage Mechanical Snowman Tilting hat Toy by Ace Made in Hong Kong 1960s. He's a nice vintage toy. His wheels are working freely. His red eyes move back and forth and up and down all around when moving back and forth. His at appears to want to go up and down but is stuck in up position. Has screws on bottom perhaps can be fixed or enjoy as found. As seen has a crack on bottom. As seen he has some rub marks and scratches minor but over all very good the paint is in excellent condition on eyes brows, broom, pipe, scarf and buttons. Marked on bottom ACE Made in Hong Kong.
