This plate is 7-1/2" across and is purple transferware. The plate is flat with just a small lip at the edge. the plate is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or crazing. Adams china was made by William Adams and Sons of Staffordshire, England. The firm was founded in 1769 and became part of the Wedgwood Group in 1966.
