This is a two tone choker necklace signed Napier. It is also marked Pat. 4,774,743. The choker is 17 inches from end to end and 1 inch wide. The only problem I can see are some black spots that look like tarnish on the silver tone. I rubbed a few of them with a rouge cloth or silver polishing cloth and they did come off. I did not clean the entire necklace though so I do not know if they will all come off. The necklace is so shiny that you have to look closely to see them.
