This is a necklace with a pendant I believe might be Native American or Mexican in origin. The necklace is not marked so I don't know who made it or the metal content. The pendant appears to be sterling silver and has a green stone that looks like turquoise. The necklace measures 19 inches long and the pendant is 3/4 of an inch long.
