His features are red, yellow & black on a white face. The background is yellow, with a red scalloped rim trimmed in white, on a blue background. The handle and disc are all one piece. The back of the noisemaker is a lighter blue color. The noisemaker is signed on the side of the handle, Kirchhhoff, Newark, N.J., Made in U.S.A., Life of the Party Products. The circular disc measures 4 ½ in. dia. And an overall length of 8½ in.
