Noisemaker for either Halloween or New Year's Eve. Oval shaped dome, with slit on top so you can hear the rattle. The domed top has a white background with blue, black, orange & red circles or balloons. The noisemaker has a red plastic handle, and measures approx. 3½ in. dia. by 3½ in. long.
