The noisemaker has a white background with bells in colors of red, blue, green and yellow, and lots of red ribbon, and a red bottom section. The noisemaker is in very good condition, only one tiny rust spot on the inside rim and the metal gong has some rust spots. The size of the metal dome is 3 5/8 in. dia.
