This is a stretch bracelet signed NICOLE MILLER, NEW YORK. The bracelet has dangling beads made of marbled lucite in purple, blue and green. There are also dangling gold tone beads. The bracelet is adjustable. It measures roughly 1-1/4 inches wide. The white spots on the beads are simply reflections from my lights.
