Norah Wellings Islander doll marked Victoria Toy Works, made in England. She was produced in 1926-30 by Artist Nora Wellings and is made of a soft brown velveteen with wonderful detail. She has soft black hair with a nicely painted face with a bump on her nose. She is 9 inches tall with her rafia skirt and white bands on her ankles. She is so sweet and sold just as found.
