The back reads, For A Good Boy: As the little boy strains to peer over his grandpa’s work table, the old sea captain deliberately, and with great skill, puts the finishing touches on a model sailing ship. It’s a great amount of work, but it’s worth doing for a good boy. Made in Japan sticker on the bottom. Signed and Dated 1985, The Norman Rockwell Museum, Inc. Comes in original box. The tankard measures 4 ¼ in. high and is in very good condition.
