This is a nice heavy duty, solid steel threaded pipe nipple remover wrench. It is marked "NYE NIPPLE WRENCH" in cast lettering on one side and "P.840 3/8 TO 2 C"on the other side. So the capacity is 3/8-2.0" internal diameter pipe nipples. Each of the half round sections on this wrench is tapered in the diameter part, and has notches in each one that will lock into the brass or steel I.D. of the nipple gripping the nipple in many cases better than a wrench on the nipple flats. We don't see too many of these wrenches anymore. No rust or damage. Usable condition.
