This original postcard is from the 1933 Century Of Progress (Chicago World's Fair) which was held in Chicago. It is in very good condition and the front features the "Oriental Village On The Midway". The reverse side features a postcard format, which is used and has postage. This postcard has a paragraph on the back that says "The Oriental Village recalls the famous Streets of Cairo of the Columbian Exposition, and has all its exotic atmosphere, with its bazaars selling rugs, perfumes, and the many products of the Orient, its brilliant colored domes and minarets, its great aroma and its theatre where dancers of the glamorous East perform". This postcard measures approx. 5 1/2" x 3 1/2".
