22K Yellow Gold Pendant with Huge stunning Synthetic Rubies, Blue Topaze, Amethyst, and Jadeite. The pendant has Arabic writing on each of the bezel set stones, and I took it to a jeweler friend of mine who is Iranian, and he said it is very old. There are 2 Synthetic Rubies and they are each 7 cts The Blue Topaze is 7.8. The Amethyst is 8.2 and the Cabochon Jadeite is 7. The pendant is 1 5/8 inches long and 1 1/4 inches across. It weighs 16 grams. (I have worn it on a 34 Inch thick 18K Gold rope chain which weighs 25.2g selling seperately). The pendant is 'Stunning', and one of a kind. I purchased it at an Antique Store in England many years ago
