This original postcard is from the 1933 Century Of Progress (Chicago World's Fair) which was held in Chicago. It is in very good condition and the front features the "Oriental Village, Chicago World's Fair". The reverse side features a postcard format, which is used and has a Century of Progress stamp & cancellation. This postcard has a paragraph on the back that says "Oriental Village at the Chicago World's Fair brings all the glamour and romance of the Near East to the Midway of the Fair. Here native magicians, dancing girls, vendors, horsemen will mingle with animals brought from their native lands for exposition at the Fair". This postcard measures approx. 5 1/2" x 3 1/2".
