This is a rare large sterling silver flower brooch signed PARISINA, MEXICO, STERLING. In the 1940's, jewelry designer Marcel Boucher produced sterling silver jewelry in Mexico. His hallmark was Parisina. The mark was not used for very long so these pieces are very hard to find. He did not include his name on the pieces but some did have design numbers. The brooch has a single long stem flower and three leaves on stems. The four stems are tied together like a bouquet. The brooch measures 3-1/8 inches long and 2-1/2 inches wide. It weighs 27.2 grams.
