This is a nice clean 10"  fence/fencing pliers/wire cutters, marked S & H CO. 1907-10 MADE IN U.S.A." on one side, near the pivot pin.  It is very rare to see this model in any size in this good of condition!  The steel is clean, no rust, no damage that will effect designed use of these pliers, but some dings and small spots of pitting noted on the outside finish. The pivot joint is snug, not sloppy, good shape very heavy duty. This model has two places for wire cutting, a place behind the pivot joint with serrated jaws for grasping wire, and the front of the jaws for pulling and twisting wire. All of the cutter and wire handling features are in good++ condition with very little wear on them. A nice quality tool!
