Salt and Pepper Shakers Blue and White Boat painted Porcelain. White with the blue hand painted tops and features of boat dock and water. The sides have a raised scalloped pattern and the shakers unique style, forms into a very ornate, style, foot. They have cork stoppers. The maker us unknown to me, these are the first that I have seen, in this style and pattern and they are unmarked. I am best guessing these date to the mid to late 1800s with the unknown origin, but guessing to be of England or France. 3 1/4 inches Height X 2 1/4 inches width. No Chips No Cracks No Crazing. Lovely. If anybody knows the origin, please share with me.
