This is a single bookend, Scotty Dog Terrier made of hollow pot metal or similar material in good condition with some flaws. We not had the casting has two thin wall stock areas that have collapsed a little inward, but the dog part of the casting is in very good shape. It is painted off-white, appears original, no hand painting. It is 6.5" tall and has felt on the bottom of the base. It is cast in the standing position. There is not alot of fine detail on this casting, but there is some fur type detail cast into the dog part. This bookend is fully useable, and none of the casting flaws are noticable if the dog is set facing to the left and up against a book in that direction.
