Wonderful 1940s cigarette case with different places around the world etched on the top.  There is the Eiffel Tower, the Arch in Paris, the White House in the US, animal from Africa, and many more. Size is 4 1/2" X 3 1/4". My father brought this back from Japan after his tour with the army. He was one of General McCarthy's secretaries. This was after the war so he was there around 1945-1946. Not sure where or who he received this from since we found it in his things after his death. My mother just remembers he came home with it. There are 2 signaures on it.  I think one is the owner's name and the other is the artist.  I am guessing, but think Depole is the artist and Galif Paril is the owner.  Some scratched on the top from wear and is tarnished, but otherwise in good shape.
