Footed vintage salt pot that I was told from the lady I purchased it from that is is Russian...I go to an antique study club sale 2 times a year, and these are older ladies who are downsizing their homes...and the lady had this for sale. It is marked MOMMET and Ulp 50K. I am unsure if the metal is silver or pewter, it looks like pewter to me. It is 2 1/4 inches across and 1 3/8 inches tall.
