This is a nice clean, used, antique flat firmer style wood chisel with the tanged type handle. The width is 3/16" x 9" long overall. It is marked "I. & H. SORBY SHEFFIED ENGLAND" on the steel, a well known, quality edge tool maker. The steel is in great shape, no rust, very sharp. The handle is very solid, with a good brass ferrule. Both the steel and the wood are in great shape overall. A nice quality steel, sharp chisel!
