This is a nice clean older Stanley Defiance Iron Smooth plane No. 1204. It's about 99% like new with minor staining or darkening of the bare iron surfaces. The box is included, is quite worn, but the label can still be read although there is clear tape wrapped around it. Both the bottom and the top sections of the box have some clear tape on them. I would say the box is in average condition for a plane of this age.
