This is a nice clean 24" , 4 fold boxwood carpenter's rule, very well made, and in good condition. It is marked "STANLEY NO. 61" on one outside surface and on the inside is marked "STANLEY RULE & LEVEL CO. WARRANTED NEW BRITAIN CONN U.S.A. BOXWOOD". As you can see in the pictures, there is some wear, (mostly minor edge wear, and wear holes around the guide pins), and some minor scratches, otherwise in good usable condition with two of the three original alignment pins intact. Good++ brass hinges, joint, and end tips. All the graduation are still clearly seen, with a 24" total length, graduations in 8ths, and 16ths. Only minor warping to report. One of Stanley's best sellers, a nice user!
