I would not suggest to put this wonderful miniature religious metal around the baby's neck, but years ago they did. Comes with the original card which I think is a must see. Necklace is 6 1/2" long from neck to end of metal. Metal is 2/8" long. Latch has "Sterling" on it. Card says "All Sterling". Both card and necklace are in excellent condition.
