Sterling Silver Repousse Salt Cellar Signed but I cannot make out signature. What I can make out is Sterling Silver then signed something that I cannot make out then the numbers 3911. If you notice on the front rim there is a section that is different then the rest of the rim. I am not sure if this is a special makers mark or a place to monogram?
