Steuben art glass pitcher pink with black handle. Very smooth lines to it, which if you feel inside, feels almost as if partly paneled glass. It is very pretty with its very soft pink color and the black handle enhances and compliments very well. Height 8 inches; Length across widest part of pitcher without handle 6 6/8 inches; Length side across to edge of handle 8 inches. Holds 2 quarts fluid, or 64 fluid ounces or 8 cups fluid. It is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks or repairs. It does have a little bubble of extra glass in the inside that you can see on the outside when you hold up to light, from the making process. I tried to picture, but did not photograph well. See last picture in this listing it is to the right of the camera reflection in the glass. This lovely piece is unsigned, more rare to find. I have only found one other example like this in limited research with alabaster color handle vs this pitcher's black handle. Please ask any questions. From research, Steuben Glass is an American art glass manufacturer, founded in the summer of 1903 by Frederick Carder and Thomas G. Hawkes in Corning, New York, which is in Steuben County, from which the company name was derived. Please search for Allie's Vintage Alley to see my online store.
