Suzy Homemaker Doll by Deluxe Reading 1964. She is 22 inch with a vinyl head and hard plastic body. She is jointed at shoulders and hips, plus she is jointed at her knees. Her red hair is in the original set. She has sleep eyes with lashes. They sleep and wake well. Her painted on brows have lightened in color, the right brown near vanished more so then the left, which seems to be the same way on the other few Suzy Homemaker dolls I have seen to compare, so believe issue from the making. She has an open mouth nicely painted and great coloring on her body. Her face seemingly is lighter color and best guess made this way. No ugly spots on her body. She is wearing a nice pink dress with a lace trimmed bib collar that could be original, but have seen her for sale in a yellow with red dress, called original. I have yet to see a catalog picture of Suzy. There are two buttons holes in the bottom of the bib front and no idea what they were for. Her dress has a snag on front side of dress and some soiling on the bottom side of dress. She has white undies and cute, white vinyl, side snap does with bows on the toes.
